Aidoneos, Lord of Hades, husband of Persephone, Holy Kronide, brother Zeus Basileos, Hera Basilea, Poseidon, Hestia & Demeter, who is the monther of your noble wife. King of the Underworld and its tenants, including all other Gods who reside there like Sleep, Dreams, Furies, You were alloted this domain after the defeat of your Father Kronos and his family by Zeus. You who hand out riches to those who seek it. Host of Many, Receiver of Many You, who have guided me all those years, Stood by me along with your wife and Hekate in my darkest hour. I salute you and dedicate this to you, Mighty Lord of the Dead. I know the day will come that when I go down to Hades and be greeted by your loyal servants Kerberos & Kharon, where I will be judged by the three judges Rhadamanthus, Minos & Aeakos. The three sons of Zeus who are responsible for deciding where people end up. Gloomy Tartaros or Elysian fields. Be gracious, Son of Kronos, most excellent and great! I wish to honor you, Holy Kronide with this hymn.
