on the first of november i performed the final night of the new festival of Katachthonia. It was dedicated to Plouton and Persephone. I lighted candles, offered storax incense to them as libations. I read hymns to Them and thanked Them for accepting people into their domain and be leaders of them.
Note to self: better prepare yourself and first put the materials ready that you need to do this like the myths etc…
except for that, the final night went well. I had a similar feeling like with the first night where i felt at peace, calm.
conclusion
it was a fun thing to do and i think it helped me to get closer to the Gods. This is all subjective. I’m curious as if others performed it as well or not? If anyone reading this and also did this, can you let me know in the comments what your thoughts of it were?
