Holy Plouton & Persephone, Holy Kronide & Holy Daughter of Zeus and Demeter Holy Persephone, when you were Kore, you became Persephone when you married the Lord of Hades. You became the wife of Holy Plouton, Mother to Zagreos, Melinoe, and some say even the Erinyes, You two rule together over the Hades and all its inhabitants . Your marriage has jumpstarted the seasons on Earth. Because of you we know what the seasons are like, even though they seem to fading into one another at this time. Your domain is Death and the afterlife, where the souls go when they die. Before marrying Lady Persephone, You were unlucky in love. No woman or Goddess wanted to be married to noble Plouton But in Persephone, you found a partner forever, one who is powerful as you are, brings seasonal change, Bringer of Life and Death; Where clever Odysseos met his mother and the Seer. As well as the mortal part of Herakles, the God-Hero. Where Orpheos decended to retrieve his wife Eurydike but failed for when a shade enters your domain, nothing shall escape from it. Where Theseos and his friend wanted to kidnap Lady Persephone but clever Plouton foresaw the ploy and trapped them there until Herakles rescued them later on. mortals honour you when celebrating life and enjoying life. For when the time come to enter Thanatos’ arms, be it without pain. By writing this hymn, i want to extend my thanks to the Lord and Lady of Hades: Plouton and Persephone, for their blessings and council They have provided me over the years.

note: I didn’t really know to close this hymn so i left it at I hope you enjoy it. It took me days to write it. I’m not entirely happy with the result.
